Max Payne 3 for PC is Out Now and Comes with 3D Vision Support

June 2nd, 2012 · 13 Comments · Stereo 3D Games

The PC version of the game Max Payne 3 is out now and the good news is that it supports 3D Vision for stereoscopic 3D gaming and that should be going very well together with the “bullet time” effect that you get to use in the game. Not to mention that the game does look quite well in terms of graphics, it is a DirectX 11 title and also supports multi-monitor setups, but if you want to play with maximum level of details and especially in stereo 3D mode you’ll need a more powerful GPU as Max Payne 3 can be quite demanding.

Max Payne 3 is the story of former New York City detective, Max Payne. His life in ruins and unable to move on from the tragic events of years past, Max looks for a new start working private security with an old friend in São Paulo, Brazil. When the wife of his employer is kidnapped by a street gang while under Max’s protection, Max’s life spirals out of control as the factions of a dangerous and unfamiliar city close in on him, conspiring to keep Max from the real reasons behind the kidnapping and his part in a much larger conspiracy.

If you’ve already got your copy of the game and have tried it in stereo 3D mode feel free to share how good it looks not only with 3D Vision where the experience is expected to be good, but with other stereoscopic 3D solutions as well…
