I have now the Acer H6510BD projector and I can't get the 3D to work. Before this model I had the H5360, also from Acer, and that one worked just fine with an EDID override.
But now I just can't get it to work. I don't have any soft- or hardware issues. In nVidia control panel the nVidia 3D Vision ready logo is there and even the H6510BD.

Normally you can see on my computer screen my desktop and through my beamer my desktop. But my computer screen is not 3D so I change my beamer into the main screen and turn duplicate off. But still you see the warning that I'm attempting to watch 3D on a not 3D screen. How is that possible when I only have the H6510BD as my main screen? I just can't figure it out. Does it has to do with the cables? I still use the same ones so I assume they are good.

I also have a dual DVI > HDMI cable. How can you see when a HDMI cable is 1.4?
My video card is the EVGA GeForce GTX460 with two DVI and one mini HDMI out. I also use a splitter from König with 4 outputs and 2 inputs. To watch 3D blu ray's I use Cyberlink PowerDVD 14 and I have also nVidia 3D player and another 3D stereoscopic player. Again with the same hardware it worked just fine with the H5360. Why am I still getting the warning?

My computer:

Windows 8.1 Pro
Asus P8P67 EVO motherboard
Core i7 2600K processor
EVGA GeForce GTX460 videocard
Samsung 840 series pro 120GB
Buffalo extern harddisk U.S.B. 3.0 1TB
16 GB GeIL memory

Emitter is on:

The warning:

3D is switched on

I tried it without the König splitter, so only with a dual link DVI > HDMI and like that it seems to work. But .... yes unfortunately there's a but, the 3D is not the same as before with the H5360.
It makes me sick, nouseous and I never had that problem before. I've tried to 'play' with depth but that doesn't seem to do it for me. Anyone else had that same problem?

Update nr. 2

There are two HDMI inputs on the projector and I use one of them that goes directly to my videocard with a dual link DVI > HDMI and on my remote I can switch from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 and that seems to do the trick. So problem solved.
