See How Batman: Arkham City Will Look in Stereoscopic 3D Mode

September 21st, 2011 · 5 Comments · Stereo 3D Games

If you remember the game Batman: Arkham Asylum you should also remember that it was and is still one of the best looking games in stereoscopic 3D mode for PC when being played with 3D Vision. And the upcoming sequel that should appear at the second half of October called Batman: Arkham City should also be great when played with 3D Vision. Nvidia has made a gallery at the 3D Vision Live web portal with a few stereoscopic 3D screenshots showing Batman in 3D from the new game and they promise they will be adding up more screenshots of other characters from the game in stereo 3D, next up is Catwoman. So take a look at the few screenshots already available and check back each week for more 3D screenshots from Batman: Arkham City.

Batman Arkham city was delayed (just like the first game). Below is a link to the source. I do not mind the delay. Thanks for the post Bloody

wow! i just viewed the screenshots and like the original game batman literally jumps out of the screen! there seems to be a little ghosting near bright lights, however it is acceptable.

in 3dvisionlive.com pictures galleries is there a way to stop the wireless 3d vision glasses from flickering every time anew image is loading? would the wired glasses maybe get rid of this problem?

I’m not sure this flickering is happening because of the glasses…

josh, no it’s the same for everyone I think. It basically turns off/on 3D Vision every time you change the image. A very weird and annoying way to do it imo.

On the topic of the screenshots… it looks just like Asylum did, which is to say amazing.

    @ bloody and cim

for some reason the glasses flickering problem i had while switching 3d pictures has gone away. not sure what caused it. i have a strange theory that having a 3d video / YT3D video open in youtube and using the 3dvisionlive website at the same time might be causing the problem.
