The US Open 2011 Tennis Tournament that is currently on has a live 3D coverage available on multiple TV channels in the US, the event is being shot with 3D cameras from Panasonic, including pre-production models of Panasonic’s new 3DP1 hand-held Full HD 3D professional camcorder. And Nvidia has just announced that owners of 3D Vision will also be able to watch the tournament’s finals in stereo 3D thanks to a live streaming over the Internet. In order to watch the finals of the US Open 2011 tennis tournament in 3D you will have to own a computer equipped with 3D Vision and installed the latest 3D Vision Video Player version 1.7.2. During the US Open’s men’s and women’s finals, you will be able watch the 3D stream (times listed below), but only if you live in the United States and US territories (apparently it will not be streamed worldwide):

– Women’s Final: Saturday, September 10: 8-10 p.m. ET
– Men’s Final: Sunday, September 11: 4-7 p.m. ET
