The user 3D Frank from the Nvidia 3D Vision Forum has shared another interesting stereo 3D video that he made, this time instead of a Bear Encounter he recorded some boats sailing into the sea. The video is in a Side by Side format in 1080p half horizontal resolution (squashed), so you need to select 16:9 aspect ratio in the 3D Vision Video Player and enable deinterlacing. It has been recorded with a custom 3D rig using two Canon Vixia HF S21 digital cameras, controlled with a LANC Shepherd Pro in order to have them perfectly synchronized. Don’t forget to leave your comments if you download and watch this short video and also if you shot or created some stereo 3D videos or 3D photos yourself and want to share them with other people, don’t hesitate do drop me a line, write in the comments below or in the forum, so they can be featured on the website and reach more people.

Here is another stereoscopic 3D video in HD quality made by relaxvideo.hu showing the forests, waterfalls, caves and beautiful views from mountain Bükk in Hungary. It is not completely new, but it is quite nice and I’ve kind of missed to post it here, so if you still haven’t seen it then you should download and include in your collection of 3D videos. The video is in HD quality and encoded in dualstream WMV format so you need to view it with a player that supports this like the 3D Vision player or the Stereoscopic player. And don’t forget to leave your thoughts about the video in the comments below…

If you’ve visited CES 2010 you might’ve seen this video being demonstrated over at Nvidia’s booth and now you can also download it in Full HD quality (1080p). About two weeks ago Cesar Sommer was kind enough to share with us an HD video (720p) slideshow, showing some of his impressive 3D photos from different photoshoots he did in 3D, but now we even have a 1080p version ready for all those upcoming Full HD 120Hz displays. Have in mind that the 1080p video is about 900MB compressed so it is a quite big file to download. There is also a lower quality anaglyph version available online on YouTube that you might want watch if you only have a pair of red-cyan anaglyph glasses.
Don’t forget to leave your comments weather you like or not the video and if you have made yourself some stereoscopic 3D photos or videos you want featured here, please let me know via the contact form of the blog…
