Hi,

I am am using the Avisynth script discussed here: http://3dvision-blog.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=344 to convert avi's ripped from 3D Blurays from SBS 3D to Anaglyph. The video converts perfectly, but the audio lags behind by a full 4 secs or so. This has happened consistently with every video that was ripped from a 3D Bluray. And yes, the source avi's audio is in perfect sync. I also tried converting a SBS hockey broadcast I recorded from Satellite and it's audio remained in perfect sync. In VirtualDub, I've tried both no processing and full processing (Lame MP3 192 Kbps) with the same result.

Anyone know why this is happening? Any suggestions for tools that would allow me to re-process the file after the convert and adjust the audio back?

VirtualDub has trouble when dealing with VBR audio streams as input, so it can mess up the audio sync. You can try with alternative tools such as MediaCoder for example...

does it (and it likely does) allow alternate audio?
rip the audio first, make it its own file, then convert them together.
It may still be out of sync, but if its a constant, you may be able to account for it in the converter.

Thanks. I downloaded Mediacoder, but to be honest, I'm having trouble figuring it out. I will spend some more time with it tonight.
