Hi all,

Could anyone help me with confirming which of following projectors are compatible with nvidia vision pro or 2?

InFocus IN3926

Optoma W307UST

Viewsonic PJD7583wi

Mitsubishi WD380U-EST
WD390U-EST(M)

NEC U310W

Viewsonic PJD8633ws

Viewsonic PJD6683ws

Infocus IN136UST

Panasonic PT-CW230

Canon LV-8235 UST

I know its big list but, different people may have had hands on some of them.

PS: what is the difference between Vision pro and vision 2 in terms of 3d experience?

Here is a great FAQ about Nvidia 3D vision pro: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dvision-pro-faq.html

Also, 3D vision 2 uses infrared emitter while 3D vision pro uses more advanced radio emitter working on 2.4ghz frequency. Radio emitter has better range than IR.
Here is written more about difference between IR and RF glasses: http://good3dprojector.com/great-guide-3d-glasses/

Here is the list of compatible Nvidia 3D vision projectors: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-displays.html :-)

by now i know,
Optoma W307UST -- RF based, vision pro compatible

Infocus IN136UST -- IR based, vision 2 compatible

Panasonic PT-CW230 - IR, RF both are supported
Canon LV-8235 UST -- IR, RF both are supported

the last two are outdated models and have the LEAST throw ratio (0.19) to my surprise there is no single existing model from any make gets you these features.

Sadly again, nvidia has not updated their page (most of them are outdated).

MOST IMP::: Nvidia also has killed the vision PRO now. I hear no news of next version of it and no other make has such good fit :(

thanks
