A good 1000W such as the Seasonic should be more than enough.

A well made water cooling system can literally go even for years without the need of maintenance, you should however monitor the build closely the first few days for leaks and if everything is operating properly, after that you can do quick checkups once every few months just in case.

quick check ups means like removing and fitting or just monitoring the water cooling .

another question
will xspc rasa 750 rs360 provide lesser temperature than corsair h100 ?

Just checking, no need to remove them, check the level of the liquid. Using a flow meter or a pump alarm may also be a good idea...

The corsair h100 is Ok if you only want to cool your CPU, if you use the xspc rasa 750 rs360 only for the processor you should be getting lower temperatures, however if you add two video cards along the CPU the temperature of the CPU could get higher under load as compared to h100 cooling only the CPU.

The GTX 680 does quite well even with the reference cooler if you don't overclock it, but if you get water block for the card or the card with a water block pre-installed you just need to add the card to the water cooling system loop.

There are a lot of good options available, it is more a matter of preference and depends on what you have easier access to, you've seen what I'm using and I'm satisfied with what EK is doing for both GPU and CPU coolers, but does not mean that there aren't other alternatives that offer similar good performance.

If you want to cool a CPU and GPU with a water cooling solution then you have to consider going for something like a triple 120mm radiator, especially when you want to overclock the hardware. For two video cards - a quad radiator is recommended.
