thanks!
So I can use finally this:
#use FFVideoSource2 plugin that is better than DirectShowSource, and load separate audio e video e dump to don't have "splitter problem" and have no audio
video=FFVideoSource ("C:\Avatar.avi")
audio=FFAudioSource("C:\Avatar.avi")
video2d = AudioDub(video,audio)

video2d = ConvertToRGB32(video2d)

videoW = width(video2d)
videoH = height(video2d)

halfW = videoW / 2

f1 = Crop(video2d, 0, 0, halfW, videoH)
f2 = Crop(video2d, halfW, 0, halfW, videoH)

f1 = Lanczos4Resize(f1, videoW, videoH)
f2 = Lanczos4Resize(f2, videoW, videoH)

MergeRGB(f2.ShowRed, f1.ShowGreen, f1.ShowBlue)

The resize method depends on the source video, you can try the different methods and see which one provides the best results. Lanczos4 results in a bit sharper output, so that is why I prefer it...

The same code, but after you crop the video just stack the two frames vertically, instead of outputting anaglyph - StackVertical
