I am from Bulgaria and I have about 1 year with 3D Vision and 3e-looking movies, but I do not understand English and my question is there any program for titling in the movies or some pleer than NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player which I to score the subtitles in the movie so I can understand it.

You can use FFDshow either as a decoder with the built in subtitle functionality or only the subtitling filter that comes with FFDShow, it supports subtitles for stereoscopic media, but the subtitles remain in 2D of course and you can only control their parallax (make the appear jumping out of the screen or going deeper, aside from leaving them at screen depth).
