After I've installed the latest drivers and player I am not able to play Avatar in full screen. As soon as I push Alt-Enter for full screen then the screen turns black and stays black :x Then I thought let's try the old drivers from the c.d. but then there was a error about the not compatible hardware! Very strange! Anyway, now I have the newest drivers and everything seem to work, unless I turn it on full screen.

What player are you using, the 3D Vision Video Player, have you updated it to version 1.6.9?

Or you are talking about Blu-ray 3D movie and PowerDVD for example?

I checked the version and it's 1.4 so I went to the nvidia site and downloaded what I thought would be the latest or the 1.6.9 but after I installed it and checked it was 1.4 again! Where can I get the 1.6.9 version? In PowerDVD it isn't working either anymore, and another thing, my subtitles aren't working anymore also

Sometimes I think where did I get myself into??? Spend a lot of $$$$$$ but still trouble :(

Try uninstalling the older version first, before installing a newer one.

For the subtitles you are using the FFDshow subtitle filer, right?

That's exactly what I did, but on the nVidia site there's an older version: 1.4 and not 1.6.9
and yes I'm using FFDshow

I just looked all over the link you've send me  , I installed the new one and now it's working ;)
But now Vobsub is doin' the subtitles for me, it is o.k. but with FFDshow it was better, now when I close my left eye you don't see the subs, when I close my right eye you can see the subs.

Disable the VobSub as it does not support stereoscopic mode for 2D subtitles, you need to use the FFDshow subtitles filter for that...

You said that I must use FFDshow subtitle filter but I've send you a picture and I can't find it in the list.
I also don't see the icon of FDDshow right below netx to clock when I play the movie.

That's interesting, it should've been in the list with filters for the Video Processor category.

Do you have ffdshow video decoder configuration in the Start menu with the list of programs available, you can run it and activate the subtitles function from there, but it will be available only when ffdhsow is being used to decode the specific video file.
