How do you get this work with Nvidia 3d Vision? HTML5 Stereo 3D does not seem to be working?

I use YouTube Downloaded HD to grab the video in the highest quality setting (Usually 720p) and then set 16:9 Aspect Ratio in R/L Side By Side in the nVidia 3D Vision Player.
