As you probably know getting your hands on some stereoscopic 3D content, besides games on the PC is quite hard and the movies studios are still not officially releasing any promotional materials for their already released or upcoming movies in 3D. Come on… releasing trailers in stereo 3D for 3D movies just like they do with 2D trailers should be happening now, but nobody is doing it. Still it is good that sometimes these trailers (I’m talking about just trailers, not whole movies) can find their way on the internet, so that we can enjoy them on our 3D-capable hardware. And now we have two new trailers in true stereoscopic 3D mode circling around for the animated movies How to Train Your Dragon and Monsters vs Aliens that you can download and play. They are in a Side by Side format, 16:9 aspect ratio, but unfortunately they are not in Full HD quality, although still they offer high resolution and good quality, so you will no be disappointed. And don’t forget to leave your comments below when you watch the trailers…

Thanks man,
what would we become without your initiatives,
It is against commercial rules not to distibute S3D trailers, and specially for Avatar… which is the one every one should see at least the trailer to be convinced of what we can do best in 3D.

These videos are also up on Youtube thanks to an MTBS3D poster. YouTube usually downloads faster than rapidshare using http://keephd.com

Awesome find there!
Needless to say, the day S3D movies hits the market is the day my dvd-burner gets a taste of the old boot!
Keep up the good work man!

Ahhh finally some 3D trailers, THANKS ALOT. Now hopefully an Avatar trailer will get leaked… or if that’s too much to ask, then some other shows (Toy Story 3, UP, Shrek, etc) would be nice :)

thanks for the trailers,
I got them eariler from youtube and I can’t wait to buy the blurays. hopefully they are not that far priced away from the regular versions.
Altough I missed HTTYD in cinemas i saw monsters vs aliens some time back and the quality of the bluray seems to be even better then what I remember from the cinema.
I’m watching the trailers on the acer h5630 with the nvidia vision and even in 720p (and not to forget the loss in quality by the youtube compression) the visuals look a lot sharper and more “real” then I remember from watching them in the cinema.
